We are pleased to inform you that we offer personalized custom disassembly frame services. You can send your mobile device or equipment to us.
The entire process may take approximately 45 days and is divided into several stages:
1. Send your mobile device or equipment to us (10-15 days for shipping to China).
2. During the waiting period for receiving your device, we will provide you with a personalized design blueprint, allowing you to incorporate special elements that reflect your individuality. （5-7 days）
3. Upon receipt of your mobile device or equipment, we will begin the disassembly and production process (5-7 days).
4. We will ship the completed frame back to you (10-15 days for delivery).
Costs:
For product models that are already in the store:
A design and production fee of $150 per model is charged, including the cost of disassembly, cleaning, materials and frames, as well as international express delivery fees
For product models that are not currently in the store:
A design and production fee of $200 per model is charged, including the cost of disassembly, cleaning, materials and frames, as well as international express delivery fees

Are the phones/game consoles framed real?
Yes, we source used phones/game consoles and tear down and redesign them, a process that includes disassembling, cleaning, sterilization, redesigning, framing and more, eventually resulting in a framed artwork. Remarks: We use dummy battery case models to avoid likely risks that include the escape of hazardous gases & poison chemicals due to bursts, etc.

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide through fast and reliable delivery partners from our international suppliers, so packages usually arrive at your doorstep between 4-20 business days after you place your order.
