A: We use specialized multi-layer protective packaging. In the rare event that your frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the package, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery times depend on the warehouse location:US Warehouse: 3-5 business days for local delivery. Shenzhen Warehouse: 15-20 days via international express. Please note that international timelines may be affected by flight schedules and customs inspections.
