Xreart's drawing templates come in two main sizes: square (300x300mm) and rectangular (420x297mm). Please select the appropriate paper size when printing. All components are in the fixed frame. So you need to print on paper larger than the size mentioned inthe description of each templates to ensure the correct proportions. lf you print to the same or smallerpaper size, details will be reduced.

Which type of paper is preferred to print this?

Printed on Foam Board (2mm) or Art paper quantitative 250-300gsm.

Where can l print template?

You can print the template at your local printing center or by uploading them to an online service.

What kind of frame is used for Tear down template?

You can find Shadow Box frames at your local home decor store, or you can purchase Xreart's frame and pattern package, which includes a matching frame and pre-printed patterns.

Is the battery in the frame safe to be there?

For safety reasons, Some templates will remove the internal battery element, or replace it with apre-printed one.

Do you offer customization services?

Yes, we can offer customization services, disassembling items such as mobile phones, game consoles, and electronic products and creating display cases. However, this requires you to mail your products to Shenzhen, China, where we will provide individual custom design services.
